sorge il panificio Pretolani & Lepri .Rilevato dopo più di 20 anni di attività in proprio dai dipendenti che da allora hanno portato avanti l attivita manifestando rispetto ed amore nei confronti dei propri prodotti che vanno dal più tradizionale dei pani al più ricercato dei dolci.Amore e rispetto hanno fatto dell’azienda un’attività in forte espansione soprattutto verso il mercato ricercato dei prodotti tipici.Ed e proprio pensando a questo tipo di mercato che è stata creata la linea Le Fragranze del Passato.Questa linea, come dice la denominazione si basa sulla ricerca del gusto antico dei sapori della campagna e del calore dei focolari della verde Toscana.“Le Fragranze del Passato è una linea di prodotti schietti come la gente del borgo di San Lorenzo, confezionati con prodotti genuini senza l’aggiunta di conservanti né coloranti, prodotti nelle modalità tradizionali di preparazione e rispetto delle norme di igiene.La linea Le Fragranze del Passato presenta prodotti tipici della tradizione toscana e locale come.. Biscotti di pasticceria secca prevalentemente a base di mandorle e castagne, tipici della tradizione toscana.
Materie prime di alta qualità, lavorazione interamente artigianale, senza conservanti ne aromatizzanti.

The Pretolani & Lepri bakery is located in Suvereto city hall at the edge of Montioni park and exactley inside the small village of San Lorenzo. After more than 20 years of activity its employees themselves took over the company activity showing all their respect and their love for the company products ranging from the most traditional bread to the most wanted typical cakes.

The love, respect and dedication contributed to the company activity development especially for those particular typical products. Items like “The Fragrances of the Past” have been created just thinking of this market type. As the name says this product line is based on the research of bygone tastes of the countryside and the warmth of the hearth of the green Tuscany.
